"Excellent workshop - loved the hands on experience; learned loads!"
"Well balanced between theory, practice, personal reflection. A safe space to learn and take risks."
Developing an OD mindset and skillset is fast becoming an essential capability for developing more dynamic and effective organisations. This experience will help people, whatever their current OD skill level, to open up their possibility space in order to advance their OD practice.
Who is it for?
Knowledge, learning and change professionals, especially leaders and managers. You don’t need to have an OD title, or to work in HR to benefit from this course. The mix of functions and industries represented will add richness to the learning experience.
What we’ll cover on the course
Over the two days, we will encourage and support participants to extend their OD range. We will build upon what you bring and advance your practice to help you deal with your most pressing organisational issues. We expect you to leave with new insights, skills and strategies that you can immediately apply to your workplace.
