About Henley Business School
Henley is home to a faculty of around 150 academics, many of whom are internationally renowned thought-leaders in their field, making it one of the largest business schools in Europe with a unique blend of expertise in management, real estate and finance.
Henley is one of the few business schools worldwide to hold triple-accredited status from the three major accrediting bodies, placing us among the top 1% of global business schools. We are part of the University of Reading, a world-ranked international institution with an impressive history spanning three centuries and one of the most research intensive universities in the UK.
Research and our programmes
Research underpins our strategy and feeds directly into our teaching at every level. This research spans all major areas of business and management and is driven through our 14 research centres, including the John H. Dunning Centre for International Business and the John Madejski Centre for Reputation.
We offer an extensive range of programmes including undergraduate and postgraduate masters degrees, the world-ranked Henley MBA, the Henley DBA, PhD opportunities and professional management programmes.
With 65 years experience in developing managers, Henley has continued to provide first-class, relevant business education through several waves of economic highs and lows. We have learned from, embraced and responded to changes in the economic environment throughout our lifetime and stand apart as a global and progressive business school for the twenty-first century.
Our programmes are carefully designed to address the ever-evolving challenges facing organisations in every sector, in every country and at every level.
Henley believes that:
the learner and their continued development is central to everything we do
character and integrity are as important as capability
the importance of ethical leadership from individuals and corporate social responsibility by organisations are paramount
building management and leadership capability creates wealth and contributes to the welfare of society.
Whilst our reach and scale are global, our attention to detail in every part of the Henley experience will always be personal to the needs of each student with whom we work. We will continue to develop leaders who will make the right choices; right for themselves, right for their organisations and right for the wider communities in which they exist.
