Introducing BA Accounting and Business
This innovative and challenging programme is designed to accelerate your route into employment, and your progress towards a professional accountancy qualification. Developed in partnership with PwC and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW), BA Accounting and Business offers an exceptional blend of academic rigour, professional accreditation and real-world practical experience.
Richard Irwin, PwC Head of Student Recruitment, said: "Unlike other employer-led degree programmes on the market, university degree programmes run in partnership with PwC offer the unique combination of students having a traditional university experience while gaining the ICAEW's ACA qualification. It is a degree designed around a career, targeting motivated, high performing students, who know they want to work in accountancy or business. The mix of theory and practice means that when they join PwC, graduates from this programme will be one year ahead of their peers. We have long believed that employer-led degrees have a critical role in building the skills of students who know what they want out of a career."

Work placements
You will get to put theory into practice, by assisting PwC's Assurance team on real client projects over three paid, progressive work placements - developing vital employability skills before entering the professional workplace full time.
-
Professional accreditation and careers
As you progress through this four year degree programme you will be working toward the ICAEW's Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. Few other degree programmes can offer this level of integrated work-based learning togetherwith the guarantee of full time employment for graduates. But don't just take our word for it, the Chairman of PwC, Ian Powell, has endorsed Henley Business School's BA Accounting and Business programme.
