John H. Dunning Centre for International Business Appoints Two Dunning Fellows for 2012-13

Henley Business School's John H. Dunning Centre for International Business is delighted to announce the appointment of two John H. Dunning Fellows for the 2012-13 academic year.
The two 2012-13 fellows are:
Vikas completed his PhD in International Business in 2004 from the Boeing Institute of International Business at Saint Louis University, USA, and is currently an Associate Professor in International Business at the University of Sydney Business School. His research interests are broadly in the areas of Global Strategy, Foreign Direct Investment and Emerging Markets. His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Management International Review, Journal of World Business, British Journal of Management and European Journal of Marketing.
Andrea has a PhD from the University of Oviedo (2008) and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the University of Oviedo in Spain. Her research is on internationalization and cooperation strategies on R&D. She has published in Journal of International Management, International Business Review, and Journal of Management Studies, amongst others.
These visiting fellowships are funded by an annual gift from Mrs Christine Dunning, wife of the late Professor John Dunning. The objective is to provide fellow(s) with an opportunity to develop papers for publication by building on and generating new and innovative cross-disciplinary conceptually driven empirical research in collaboration with faculty in the Centre.
Visiting fellows are invited to interact with faculty and doctoral students in the Dunning Centre, and more widely across Henley Business School, and to offer a guest lecture during their visit.
Lorraine Eden, Professor of Management and Mays Research Fellow in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University was appointed the first John H. Dunning Fellow in 2010-11.
Dunning Fellows for 2011-12 were Niron Hashai, Senior Lecturer in International Business at the School of Business Administration, The Hebrew University, Jerusalem and Christian Geisler Asmussen, Assistant Professor of Strategy and International Business, at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark
