Guest tickets

Graduation Ceremony at Henley Business School

Graduands can request two guest tickets if they register to attend the ceremony by the published deadline.

Guest tickets are free of charge and will be available to collect from the Information and Ticket Desk on the day of the ceremony.

Please note: Graduands do not need their own ticket.

Extra guest tickets

Seating in the marquee is extremely limited. There may be some tickets returned which will be available on the day from the Information and ticket desk. Alternatively, guests without tickets can watch the ceremony in the video relay room.

Video Relay

Additional guests who do not have tickets for the marquee can watch the ceremony from the video relay room in the National Grid lecture theatre (number 14 on the Graduation Map). Tickets are not required for the video relay. Please note that children cannot be left unsupervised in the video relay.

Children

Please note that Graduation is not a child friendly event as the ceremonies are lengthy and it is not easy to leave discreetly. Whilst children are allowed into the ceremony, if you bring any children on to the Business School site on the day of graduation, you are entirely responsible for their care and safety.

Children are allowed into the marquee but for safety reasons, children aged three or above require their own ticket for the marquee. Children two and under do not need a ticket for the marquee if they sit on a guest's lap.

If you or a guest has a disability or mobility difficulties

Please indicate when you register if you or one of your guests has a disability or mobility difficulties and email graduation@henley.ac.uk with details of any special arrangements required as soon a spossible but no later than Friday 18 August 2017 to ensure we can accommodate them.

If you are graduating and use a wheelchair or have mobility difficulties, we can arrange a ramp for access onto the stage - please let us know by Friday 18 August 2017 if you will require a ramp.
