Graduation - Ceremony Tickets
Graduands can request up to two guest tickets in advance if they register to attend the ceremony by Friday 17 August.
Guest tickets are free of charge and will be available to collect from the Information and Ticket Desk on the day of the ceremony.
Please note: Graduands do not need their own ticket.
Extra guest tickets
Unfortunately seating in the Ceremony Marquee is limited. There may be some tickets returned which will be available on the day from the Information and ticket desk up to 90 minutes prior to the relevant ceremony. If they are available, a maximum of two additional tickets will be allocated to graduands on a first-come, first-served basis.
Video Relay Room
Additional guests who do not have tickets for the ceremony marquee can watch the ceremony from the video relay room in the National Grid lecture theatre (number 14 on the Graduation Map). Tickets are not required for the video relay. Please note that children cannot be left unsupervised in the video relay room.
Please note that Graduation is not a child-friendly event as the ceremonies are lengthy and it is not easy to leave discreetly. Whilst children are allowed into the ceremony, if you bring any children on to the Henley Business School site on the day of graduation, you are entirely responsible for their care and safety at all times.
Children are allowed into the ceremony marquee but for safety reasons children aged three or above require their own guest ticket. Children two and under do not need a ticket for the marquee, as long as they sit on a guest's lap.
If you or a guest have a disability or mobility difficulties
Please indicate when you register if you or one of your guests have a disability or mobility difficulties and email email@example.com with details of any special arrangements required as soon as possible (but no later than Friday 17 August 2018) so that we can ensure we can make the appropriate accommodations.
If you are graduating and use a wheelchair or have mobility difficulties we can arrange a ramp for access onto the stage - please let us know by Friday 17 August 2017 if you will require a ramp.
