Henley Business School Corporate Patron Programme

Rref Pathways To Property Green Park

As the workplace continues to change rapidly, we at Henley Business School know it is crucial to ensure our students are prepared for the real workplace, not just the classroom.

That is why Henley Business School has launched its Corporate Patron Programme, in partnership with key employers, supporting our undergraduate and postgraduate students to develop the skills that will allow them to thrive in the working world.

We believe it is vitally important that we work with industry so that our students are not only aware of cutting-edge business theory, but also of the challenges that will face them in the business world: gender equality, diverse working environments, relationship and network development along with working and interacting within a professional environment.

In return, our industry partners play a role in shaping their future workforce, and gain first-hand insight into what is driving the career decisions of this key group.

Why become a Henley Business School Corporate Patron?

By joining this programme, supporters will be positively contributing to the employability programme developed for Henley Business School students, helping to shape the future talent by:

  • Equipping students with the confidence and skills to develop connections and networks in the workplace;
  • Building student awareness and preparing them for the diversity they can expect in the workplace;
  • Encouraging a resilient and flexible workforce;
  • Developing and strengthening students’ communication and soft skills;
  • Enhancing the future workforce with the skills needed by employers.
