In the World of Work

Keeping Henley Business School at the forefront of discussion and research into the future world of work, and ensuring that our students are equipped to deal with the dynamic working environment of tomorrow.

The working environment is changing like never before, not just in the world of business, but across every sector. We at Henley Business School want to ensure that our students and the world of business are prepared for changes that will affect every aspect of our future working lives.

Through engaging with external partners and organisations, we are creating a knowledge exchange that will help our students become aware of the challenges of the working environment, and will enable organisations to benefit from our expertise in HR and career development.

We are currently promoting and fundraising for the following projects within our World of Work initiative:

Henley Business School Corporate Patron Programme:

Working with industry to prepare Henley Business School students for the workplace, so that they graduate fully equipped to operate in a professional environment. In tandem with our corporate patrons, we are training the workforce of the future.

World of Work Conference: Enlightening the Dark Side:

Following on from our inaugural World of Work (WoW) conference in September 2017, we will be continuing the discussions around the rise of AI, psychology of future working and industries of the future to shine a light on the policy and practice that needs to be introduced and adapted at public and private sector organisations.
