Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching

The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School is a part-time course that is normally taken over nine months. It is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

You can choose between in-person or live-online delivery. For the in-person version, you will join us at our Greenlands campus or in London three times for residential workshops. The rest of the course content is then delivered online through monthly webinars, videos, exercises and ongoing feedback. For the live-online version, all learning - including tutor and group interaction and mentoring and supervision sessions - is delivered through a digital platform.

Formats

The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching is offered in a variety of study formats including in-person and live-online.

Which format is right for me?

How do you prefer to learn?
  • If you prefer long sessions, the full-day workshop format could be for you – available mainly in-person with some live-online cohorts available
  • If you prefer regular bitesize sessions, the short workshop live-online version could be for you. (please note that all teaching is live rather than pre-recorded, so you will need to attend each session)
How can you allocate your time?
  • If you can take whole days away from work, the full-day workshop format could be for you – available mainly in-person with some live-online cohorts available
