Henley coached our newly formed executive team and provided one-to-one coaches for the Executive Committee’s direct reports. The team coach has helped our new group form with a clear charter and vision for the future. It made a real difference to witness the group learn to coach each other to solve business problems.

Henley Learning Labs blend academic insight with real-time, facilitated experiments around leadership and change.
