- The Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching is suited for developing coaches (or experienced coaches without a coaching qualification).
- The MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change enables experienced coaches to deepen their understanding of the psychology behind coaching and coach at an organisational level.
- Also for experienced coaches, the Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching focuses on working with teams to improve performance and deliver organisational change.
Experienced coaches, team leaders and consultants.
You will need 100+ hours of coaching experience with multiple coachees, as an internal or external coach. If you are not accredited by one of the main coaching bodies, evidence of your coaching experience will be requested (see the programme page for more details).
A minimum of five years’ experience of regularly facilitating teams and groups and/or team leadership using facilitation techniques is also recommended.
An excellent level of English is essential and proficiency testing may be requested.

The Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching is a part-time programme that combines eight days of workshop-based classroom learning with self-directed online study, mentor coaching and supervision sessions. These are delivered by our highly experienced core teaching team and are supported by nationally and internationally respected external speakers.
Workshops are delivered in-person at our Greenlands campus. Where face-to-face workshops are not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions, live-online delivery is facilitated.
We welcome a maximum of 18 participants to each cohort.
You will be assessed through a 40-60 minute live team coaching session.
Yes - The Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is designed to form part two of the Henley Approved Coach Training Programme (ACTP), the Henley Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Team Coaching, with part one being the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching.
For coaches who have previously completed an ICF Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) programme elsewhere, it can be studied in addition to that to form part of the requirements for the ICF ACTP. For more information visit: www.coachfederation.org.uk/credentialing
