Advancing your Change & OD practice, 24 - 25 September 2019
Advancing your Change & OD Practice
Learning to land change with people is vital for all leaders and professionals. This practical programme will help you in developing the OD mindset, skillset and toolset to do just that. You don’t need to have a formal OD role to benefit. But if you’re already working in OD, these two days will help you to reinvigorate your practice.
Using our 3Ds framework, you’ll identify the strengths you bring to Organisation Development and work out where to take your next steps. You’ll get the opportunity to work with real clients, on a real and current issue. This is normally a highlight of the two days, helping to build your confidence and competence.
More information about the two-day programme and benefits of attending. If you want to know more about the 3Ds framework that we use, take a look at the blogs written by programme tutors Dr Sharon Varney and John Hovell.
