E-leadership is becoming essential to organisational innovation, competitiveness and business performance and SME business leaders with ambition to grow their business. The event provides insights into e-leadership – defined as the accomplishment of a business goal through the direction of human resources and uses of both traditional and digital information communication technologies (ICT) – and how it is improving business performance of high growth SMEs.

This event is for CIO, CEO and other senior managers who are responsible for deploying ICT for business competitiveness and who are seeking ways to enhance business performance. The one-day programme is divided into two sessions. The morning session will describe the context of e-leadership specifically the EU and National e-leadership policies, education and training available for SMEs including international experts. The afternoon session will feature success stories of SMEs which have embraced e-leadership and experienced high growth.

The event is free of charge, and there will be a networking session with experts from the European Commission, successful SME e-leaders and senior academics from top European business schools.
