Becoming a More Intelligent Leader

Description

Trends like Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalisation, automation, robotics and the gig economy are causing disruption in a fast and furious way. According to the McKinsey Global Institute, at least 30 percent of activities associated with the majority of occupations in the Western World could be automated. Change brings an exciting future shaped by unknowns.

To thrive as a leader you will need to juggle multiple intelligences to be your absolute best and add value; being bright enough and authentic, staying vigilant and aware, demonstrating deep compassion and creative flair, being flexibly agile and super fit - plus inspiring others and living happily ever after! Your ability to understand and develop these multiple intelligences are key for making smart choices to support your personal and career success. This day will make sure you are ahead of the learning curve and accelerate your development to become a more intelligent leader.

Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of the event you will have increased your mastery of four types of intelligence that will have an immediate impact on your leadership effectiveness:

  • physical intelligence – recognising how your wellbeing, energy and resilience are the fundamental building blocks to being a flexibly agile and super fit leader
  • emotional intelligence – deepening your compassion and connectivity to develop strong and enduring relationships
  • intellectual intelligence – increasing your awareness and creative flair to think ahead, adapt and make smart choices
  • spiritual intelligence – raising your sense of purpose and authenticity to be inspired and inspire others

As a result of the session you will set the foundations of a framework that will support your personal and career success. It will challenge your current mindset and behaviours, so that you are ready for future growth.

Event Content and Delivery Style

The session is delivered in a thought-provoking way through a combination of guiding principles, live examples, provocative questions, robust dialogue and calls to action.
