Following the success of the Brittelstand Symposium 2017, we are pleased to announce our next event for leaders and shareholders of mid-sized wealth-creating businesses*

Throughout the day, you can choose to attend four of the eight scheduled 45 minute breakout sessions. Stephen Martin, Director General, IOD
Stephen brings first-rate experience from a range of esteemed appointments and affiliations including the Chair of the Lincolnshire branch of the Chartered Institute of Building, Chief Executive of Barhale Construction and CEO of Clugston Construction. Stephen also took part in Channel 4’s Undercover Boss in 2008 and joined Hull University Business School international advisory board in 2015.
He became Director General of the Institute of Directors in February 2017. As the public face of the IoD and the most senior representative of the membership, Stephen is a powerful voice for UK business in the media, as well as across government, Whitehall, and the wider political community.
Keith Morgan, CEO, British Business Bank
Keith Morgan led the planning and establishment of the British Business Bank from January 2013, and was appointed CEO at British Business Bank in December 2013.
Prior to this, Keith was an Executive Director of UK Financial Investments (UKFI), joining in 2009 to manage the UK Government’s shareholdings in Bradford & Bingley and Northern Rock, culminating in the return of Northern Rock to the private sector and the creation of UK Asset Resolution (UKAR) to manage the run down and sale of the remaining mortgages. Keith joined UKFI from Banco Santander where he was an Executive Director of Sovereign Bancorp in the US, focusing on the bank’s retail and SME strategy and the integration of Sovereign into Santander. He was previously Director of Strategy & Planning at Abbey National and a member of the Executive Committee.
