Henley Business School Public Lecture: Changing consumer behaviour: are we becoming more demanding?

The annual Henley Business School Public Lecture will be delivered by Professor Moira Clark, Director of the Henley Centre for Customer Management and Professor of Strategic Marketing at Henley Business School.

The annual Henley Business School Public Lecture will be delivered by Professor Moira Clark, Director of the Henley Centre for Customer Management and Professor of Strategic Marketing at Henley Business School.

In this year’s talk, Professor Clark will discuss changes in consumer behaviour and will explore what these changes really mean to both business and the consumer.

The lecture will consider the duality of what changing consumer behaviour looks like and how companies respond to these new demands, through the customer service they provide.

Professor Clark will emphasise the importance of generational issues in customer service, and pose the key question, what makes a ‘perfect’ customer experience? The phenomenon of mis-selling will also be investigated: to what extent are consumers to blame, or are we being manipulated into buying things we don’t really need?

The event is free of charge to attend and open to all. To register your place, please email henleyevents@henley.ac.uk
