Coaching Conference 2019 - Achieving Mental Toughness: Well-being: Resilience and Team Coaching

Join us on Friday 18 October 2019 for this year's Coaching Conference - Achieving Mental Toughness: Well-being, Resilience and Team Coaching.

Being the best we can be, requires us, as coaches, to look after ourselves, as well as looking out for and after our clients.

We draw on mindfulness research and practice with sessions from Mark McMordie, author and coach; resilience with a session from Emma Donaldson-Feilder, award-winning psychologist; and stress management with a session from Dr Caroline Rook, academic researcher and lecturer.

In addition, we have keynote speeches from Clive Mann, the managing director of Ridler & Co and leading executive coach, who will share his insights into the latest trends in coaching; and from Professor Bob Garvey, author, academic and mentor coach.

This year’s Coaching Conference offers you the opportunity to continue your CPD journey, with a focus on looking after yourself, both mentally and physically.
