Coaching Masterclass 2018 - Developing a Coaching Culture in Your Organisation

Join us for this Masterclass on Thursday 22 March 2018. This Masterclass is on Developing a Coaching Culture in Your Organisation given by David Clutterbuck.

Achieving a coaching and mentoring culture requires a strategic approach, which integrates different strands and applications of coaching and mentoring. It also involves leveraging resources.

This workshop provides an opportunity to compare approaches to coaching strategy and creating coaching culture against international good practice. It will also provide practical templates for building coaching and mentoring capability

Key learning objectives include:

  • Gaining a clearer perception of the resources available and how best to use them.
  • How to demonstrate return on investment.
  • An appreciation of the ‘ripple effects’ of more systemic targeted approaches.

This session is delivered using a workshop-style approach that enables all the participants to become actively involved and talk about their own experiences in creating a coaching culture in client organisations.
