Join us online for the Coaching Open Day on Wednesday 19 May 2021 and learn about the qualifications on offer.
There will be opportunities to meet the Programme Directors and hear from current students and recent alumni.
We are running multiple sessions throughout the day via the same Zoom link. Please feel free to attend any of the sessions detailed below that are of interest to you.
The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching
09:30 - 11:00
This programme is for those with some knowledge or experience of coaching who wish to extend and develop their skills and the influence of coaching in their organisations.
It is studied part-time over 9 months. You can choose between in-person or live-online delivery - for either format, you will undertake a minimum of 20 hours of coaching practice outside of the workshops and virtual supported study.
The assessment is through a portfolio which includes a 2000 word reflection on your development as a coach and a recorded coaching session demonstrating your coaching skills.
The Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change
11:30 - 13:00
This programme is for those who wish to develop their coaching capabilities further and improve their understanding of the business and organisational context of executive coaching.
It is studied part-time over 30 months, in 3 stages.
NB - For those that are interested in finding out more about The Henley MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, we recommend also attending The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching session. The PCEC forms Module 1 of the MScCBC and must be studied (via any cohort starting before the end of September 2021) before commencing Module 2 in January 2022.
The Henley Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching
14:00 - 15:00
This programme extends further than one-to-one coaching to address system-wide organisational change and development.
It is studied part-time over 9 months. This programme forms part two of the ICF-accredited Henley ACTP programme*.
With an increased focus on organisational performance, the programme enables participants to better understand the complexities of systems within organisations, inter-group relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels including boards. As a coaching professional you will be better equipped to deliver individual, team and organisational change and support the high demand for better performing teams.
* The Henley Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is designed to form part two of the Henley Approved Coach Training Programme (ACTP), the Henley Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Team Coaching, with part one being the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching.
Our programmes offer a wide-ranging approach to coaching styles, techniques and practice and are variously accredited by the Association for Coaching, International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
