Coaching Open Programmes Event London 2020

Join us for the Coaching Open Programmes Event on Thursday 19 November 2020 and learn about the qualifications on offer. Choose from either our afternoon or evening session.

Our programmes offer a wide ranging approach to coaching styles, techniques and practise.

There will be opportunities to meet the Programme Directors, take part in a sample workshop and hear from current students and recent alumni.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching

For those with some knowledge or experience of coaching who wish to extend and develop their skills and the influence of coaching in their organisations. 7 workshops over a 6 – 9 month period. The assessment is through a portfolio which includes a 2,000 word reflection on your development as a coach and a recorded coaching session demonstrating your coaching skills.

The Henley MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change

For those who wish to develop their coaching capabilities further and to improve their understanding of the business and organisational context of executive coaching.

Part time over 30 months, in three stages.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Supervision

For experienced practitioners who wish to develop the technical skills and perspective to support the work of other practitioners, as well as optimise their own current practice skills. It is also for those who wish to supervise work to facilitate change in individuals, teams and organisations.

Part-time, typically studied over 12 months. You will attend three two-day workshops at Henley Business School, alongside online learning through videos and exercises, extensive coaching supervision practice and 360-degree feedback.

Henley Team, Board and Systemic Coaching Programme

With an increased focus on organisational purpose, this accredited* executive team coaching programme will develop coaches’ capabilities and competencies to support the demand for better performing teams.

Team coaching helps teams work together, with others and within their wider environment, to create lasting change by developing safe and trusting relationships, better ways of working and new thinking, so that they maximise their collective potential, purpose and performance goals.

The SBTC programme draws from the latest research on team coaching, group dynamics, systemic thinking and psychological safety and will be led by inspirational tutors who are committed to the development of the highest standards in team coaching.

The Henley Centre for Coaching

The Henley Centre for Coaching is a vibrant community of practice which offers qualification programmes, networking and research activities and a comprehensive membership model.
