Join us on Tuesday 16th October 2018 for our coaching webinar about The changing needs of clients: Coaching Accreditation
Hilary Oliver PCC, using recent ICF global studies, will discuss why ‘accrediting’ coach training programmes and ‘accrediting’ coaches themselves is now becoming more and more important.
She will look at what are the drivers that are pointing to why more clients & organisations are requiring these accreditations.
In addition she will offer data from the most recent ‘Coaching in Organisations’ survey (with a specific emphasis on Millennials).
This survey further emphasises this requirement coupled with data that demonstrates the desire within organisations to also have well trained and accredited internal Coaches.
