Demystifying Strategic Thinking

Demystifying Strategic Thinking

With Dr Tony Grundy

This event demystifies strategic thinking and shows you how, in doing so, you can create inventive and, even, ‘cunning’ strategic plans. This is done by working through case studies on Virgin Galactic and Dyson, but there will also be time to practise some strategic thinking tools on any issues you wish to bring with you.

Strategic thinking is a fundamental management skill that enables you to operate as a leader and manager. It is not a skill that you just need at planning time, but one that you can use 24/7, 365 days a year. Indeed, during this event, you will be encouraged to develop the habit of trying to come up with at least one cunning plan every day.

During this intensive and stimulating workshop you will learn that really good strategic thinking requires some tools and the knowledge of how to use them. We will give you some new strategic tools that will fire your imagination, vision, and creative inspiration. You will learn how to becoming more cunning in identifying new business opportunities and problem solving.
