Empowering Female Leadership through Ershad Coaching
Henley Business School is delighted to invite its alumni and University of Reading alumni, to attend a special alumni event on Monday 6 November in Dubai, to hear an update on the developments at Henley Business School and learn about Ershad Coaching.
Join fellow alumni for a fantastic evening of presentations, socialising, networking, and reconnecting at the spectacular Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre. This will also offer an excellent opportunity to meet and hear from Saleh Hussain, Chair of the relaunched Middle East Alumni Group.
The Middle East is experiencing rapid transformation and systemic societal change. Managing the complex social and economic climate requires female leaders who are empowered and impactful in all aspects of life. As more women move into leadership roles in organisations they must be suitably equipped to successfully navigate the challenging business environment and simultaneously safeguard cultural norms and family values.
In this session, Claire Hewitt, Head of Learning Design, Henley Business School and Raja’a Yousif Allaho, Executive Coach and Learning Facilitator, will explore how Ershad Coaching at the Henley Business School can be a critical part of a well-designed leadership development process that equips leaders with a wide range of leadership skills. You will learn how to implement this skill-set for maximum impact.
The schedule for the evening will be as follows:
19:30 – Registration and Welcome Drinks
20:15 – Presentation: Gender Diversity in the Middle East: Empowering Female Leadership through Ershad Coaching - Claire Hewitt & Raja’a Yousif Allaho
21:00 – Henley Business School Middle East Alumni Group Relaunch – Saleh Hussain, MBA 1993, Chair
21:10 – Networking Reception
22:00 – Close
Henley Business School is proud of its powerful global alumni network and how its members enrich the reputation of the School and support its activities in many ways. We hope that our alumni also take pride in their connection to Henley Business School and would like to recognise and celebrate this bond. Therefore, we encourage you to join us for this special evening and would like to give you the opportunity to bring a business contact or two who you think may also be interested in this thought-provoking topic.
The event is free of charge, but registration is required for both yourself and your guest(s).
