Description

The McKinsey report of May 2020 states that the business case for inclusion and diversity is stronger than ever.

This event will explore the fallacy that inclusion and diversity is limited to your HR function’s ability to attract diverse talent. Rebecca will illustrate that when everyone applies an I&D mindset in the workplace it delivers retention and employee engagement, and impacts business performance and profitable growth.

It will be highly practical with discussion groups, tips, tools and techniques to take away to support your strategy implementation and will include how to link talent acquisition with boosting inclusion and sustaining a culture of belonging in your teams.

Who Should Attend?

Leaders who want to leverage their diverse teams to increase profitable growth.

Key words

The primary theme is LEADERSHIP and the secondary theme is STRATEGY.

It is relevant to the development of I&D, High Team Performance, Engagement, Innovation and Strategy
