"If you are not leading change, you are not leading anything. You are just managing the status quo."
Change has never been more critical. Both the way we work and the industries we work in are changing. Organisations able to seek out and embrace it will be the ones to thrive. But leading change is tough; 88% of such initiatives fail. Leaders not only have to accept change, they have to lead their people to embrace and deliver it.
This workshop introduces leaders to an approach that will help them to build a change-embracing culture in which sustainable change can be delivered successfully.
By the end of the event you will have:
- discovered the secrets to successful change leadership
- discovered how to enable your people to embrace change
- uncovered nuggets that you can put to use immediately
Who should attend?
Any leader who needs to successfully deliver a new strategy or change their part of the organisation. Any executive wishing to maximise their long-term success.
The primary theme is CHANGE and the secondary theme is LEADERSHIP.
It is relevant to the development of Change, Culture, Transformation, Sustainable, Strategy, Engagement, People.
Campbell Macpherson is a high-energy keynote speaker and facilitator with decades of experience enabling CEOs and leadership teams to instigate strategic change. He is also author of The Change Catalyst, the 2018 Business Book of the Year and The Power to Change, which is about embracing personal change.
His career has spanned strategy, HR, marketing, e-business and change with a wide range of organisations across the UK, Australia, US, Europe, Middle East and Asia as a board director, in-house executive and external business adviser via his consultancy Change & Strategy International.
