We are delighted to be hosted by LinkedIn at their London HQ for this month’s pop-up lecture.  This month we are fortunate to have two speakers.  LinkedIn themselves will be providing us with the inside story of their evolution, and Graham Aikin who is an external LinkedIn expert, will be providing insights on how to use LinkedIn to expand your professional network.

"LinkedIn: The Past, The Present, The Future" Learn about the evolution and journey LinkedIn has been on, to what has driven Microsoft to buy the social network for $26.2bn. From this session, you will understand what value LinkedIn can bring to its members, but also corporate customers through its disruptive, data driven approach across multiple industries.

Graham Aikin: “Expanding your Professional Reach and Influence through LinkedIn – an external view” Graham spent over 10 years in the wealth management industry (primarily as a banker/wealth manager with Coutts & Co). In early 2012 he established his own consultancy that provides social media advice and training to wealth managers, private banks, family offices and hedge funds. Graham's main focus is providing comprehensive LinkedIn workshops for client-facing staff to understand how they can utilise LinkedIn (in a compliant manner) as a marketing, business development and client acquisition tool and he has trained approximately 4,500 advisers to date. He currently works with the likes of St James's Place, Raymond James, SG Hambros and Charles Stanley, as well as a number of hedge funds both in the UK and US. See: http://www.hnwsocialmedia.com/
