Enabling active collaboration

We all know that collaboration is ‘a good thing’. But so many things can get in the way that sometimes it’s easier said than done. Our fourth event for 2016/17 focuses on enabling active collaboration - helping you develop new actionable insights on this important topic. Join us to explore how you can enable active collaborationin your organisation.

We will share ideas, experiences and tools through a range of speaker and workshop sessions. Helping you to enhance performance and unlock potential in your own organisations.

Our speakers include:

Dr Mandy Bromley - former Leadership Development Director at Unilever. In a world of matrix and cross functional teams, there are many interfaces and increased potential for tensions and mis-understanding.Mandy will help us understand how to manage better at those interfaces so they become a place of strength and collaboration.

Richard Martin - co-author of The Neo-Generalist (forthcoming in September 2016). In this interactive session, Richard will explore the benefits of neo-generalism in creating connections and inspiring action. He will highlight the fluidity of knowledge, roles and leadership, examining partnerships based on cooperation and/or collaboration.

Raphaël Briner – co-founder of Knowledge Plaza. Raphaël will introduce the Double X framework for mapping collaboration and will give you the opportunity to explore your own Double X.

Regular features include:

Members’ Showcase: This time from Ofsted, who are enabling active collaboration to support transformation.

Developing your toolkit – with Chris Collison
