Encouraging agility

Resilience and agility are mutually enabling capabilities. Simply put, they go hand in hand. With our June event focused firmly on resilience, it’s time to turn our attention to agility. Our third event for 2016/17 focuses on encouraging agility - helping you develop new actionable insights on this important topic. Join us to explore how you can encourage agility in your organisation.

We will share ideas, experiences and tools through a range of speaker and workshop sessions. Helping you to enhance performance and unlock potential in your own organisations. Click here for full agenda.

Our speakers include:

Deb Poole – Head of Transformation for Bromsgove District Council and Redditch Borough Council. In the face of multiple social and economic challenges, local government is having to become increasingly agile and responsive. Deb will explain how two forward thinking councils are applying systems thinking to underpin transformation in order to deliver better outcomes.

Peter Thomson is an acknowledged authority on the changing world of work and its impact on organisational culture and management practices. In this session he will consider the smart leadership that needs to go hand in hand with smart working.

Maks Belitski from the Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship will be exploring the topic of lean innovation. He will take you into a journey of agility, enthusiasm and innovating with customers. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s the marshmallow challenge to look forward to.

Mona Ashok also picks up the innovation theme as she considers how to maximise the returns on investment in process innovation.

Regular features include:
