Our Leadership Programmes

A discovery of leadership capability, understanding when to lead and when to allow the team to take the rein.

Leadership issues at international, national, and organisational levels are at the heart of every news bulletin. High Performance Leadership sets the scene by looking at current leadership challenges and then through a concise and engaging programme encourages you to explore how to develop leadership in others whilst setting you on a path for your own leadership journey.

The programme is delivered through a live-online learning experience. It aims to provide you with an evidence-based, coherent, and memorable framework to understand what leaders must do and suggests that no individual leader is likely to be world-class in all aspects.

It considers how your personality relates to some aspects of leadership more than others and the implications for individual development and team-based leadership. This unique and practical programme also provides you with 1:1 leadership-oriented personality feedback and individual coaching between online modules.

Leadership today isn’t plain sailing! Henley’s Leadership Programme is a robust, extensive leadership course that helps you learn how to be an effective leader and prepare for the challenges ahead. The programme develops and refines your personal leadership skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, influence others and build relationships. You will discover how to build resilience and learn how to increase mental and physical capacity when working under pressure.

The programme is delivered face-to-face, through an enriching mix of activities, knowledge, theory and application. With a small but diverse group of peers, you will help each other through shared experiences, discover the role of coaching in leadership and how and when to be operational, tactical and strategic.

Throughout the programme, the emphasis is on the practical application to your situation and workplace, and the key challenges you want to address.

Programme Director Dr Suzanne Pollack’s expertise lies in helping senior executives and top teams to reach their full potential through coaching and learning programmes and interventions.

Suzanne places a strong emphasis on achieving the highest level of personal performance to deliver excellent business and personal results. Her pragmatic approach draws on a blend of NLP, best business practice, her own senior leadership experience and proven psychological techniques, to enable executives to move forward.

It’s designed to be challenging, to extend boundaries and transform leadership ability.

In these exceptionally challenging times, leaders need to be skilful at many levels. As a leader, motivating and influencing individuals; as a member or leader of a team, building consensus and resolving conflict; and as a contributor to or leader of an organisation, handling authority, power and politics.

The Advanced Personal Leadership programme is totally experiential, meaning learning is based on in the moment experience and observation. The feedback is in the ‘here and now’ which makes it undeniable and memorable. As the challenges are live, the emotions created by them are very real, allowing and encouraging some thought-provoking conversations from where change is possible.

On this fully immersive programme you will work in small and large groups to tackle a series of complex business challenges and receive constructive, real-time feedback on your behaviour and interactions. This frank approach gives a true reflection of your strengths and development needs across all areas of leadership.

Such intense feedback provides you with the catalyst for change and opens profound conversations that form the content for the rest of the week. Throughout the sessions, Henley’s experienced consultants challenge and support you to transform learning into action.
