Discover why strategy can be an essential leadership tool rather than a separate process with Dr Jeff Callander, Programme Director of The Strategy Programme.

You'll be introduced to alumni from the programme and hear first-hand the impact of their learnings and the longer-term benefits. This will be an interactive session where your questions and participation will be welcomed.

Learn how to develop and implement robust, agile organisational strategies and explore how to use strategy as a leadership tool.

The Strategy Programme focuses on specific issues in your organisation, kick-start your strategic review - learn the tools to create and implement them.

Exploring the key models and theory of strategy, you will discover how to apply them to your leadership role and to your business and its objectives. While theory is a major part of the agenda, this is not at the expense of practical learning - which is delivered through workshops, strategy critique activities and group discussion.

You will be encouraged to think about strategy in the long term while making sure you understand how to remain agile in a competitive business environment.
