Henley Inter-disciplinary Sustainability Seminar

Peer review forum of research papers, with guest speaker Professor Christian Klein

The Henley Inter-disciplinary Sustainability Seminar (HISS) is co-convened by Dr Kleio Akrivou and Dr Andreas Hoepner.  While being part of Henley Business School’s engagement with the Principles of Responsible Management Education institutions and aims, it is a friendly peer review forum for various papers. These papers span across different researchers of different career stages, covering management and associated disciplines and specifically bridging economic history, organisational behaviour and philosophy, ethical finance, organisational sustainability and responsible management, applied ethics and sustainable cities.

Each HISS has one invited scholar from overseas in one of its research areas of focus and our guest for this seminar will be Professor Christian Klein. Professor Klein is the Professor for Corporate Finance at the University of Kassel and is the author of more than 25 professional papers in peer reviewed journals such as the Review of Financial Economics, Review of Managerial Science, Applied Economics, Journal of Derivatives, Global Finance Journal, European Financial Management, BuR - Business Research, Financial Markets and Portfolio Management and the Journal of Private Equity.
