Henley Knowledge Leadership Challenge

Between November 2014 and March 2015 a range of workshops and events offer a provocative exploration of what it means to be a leader in a networked business that relies on its intellectual assets to survive and thrive.

Are you ready for a challenge?

How do we create a climate where people are comfortable with uncertainty, work through ambiguity together and yet learn to still remain focused on sustaining their performance against existing targets and expectations?

How we organise professional work and manage people cannot stay the same.  In such complex situations, there is a very real leadership challenge

Getting more from the collective intelligence of the whole organisation and helping knowledgeable people connect effectively to combine their expertise is vital.  Helping them to build the necessary connections and relations to others, enables an enterprise to achieve agility and resilience. Sustaining this sort of dynamism in knowledge-based organisations requires a new kind of leader.

This event is organised by the Henley Forum, together with the Henley Centre for Engaging Leadership.  Register for the full experience or choose the individual events you would like to attend:

  • Why knowledge leadership demands a different approach - Weds, 19 November 2014.  Download speakers' slides:  Hamish McRae and Karen Moran
  • Knowledge driven leadership agility webinar on 10 December 2014
  • Research Showcase on 14 January 2015
