How you can activate organisational dynamics in your organisations?  Our first event for 2016/17 taps into key organisational dynamics of knowledge, learning and change. We will share ideas, experiences and tools through speaker and workshop sessions. Helping you to enhance performance and unlock potential in your own organisations. Click here for Full Agenda.

This event will introduce our overarching theme for 2016/17, ‘Developing dynamic organisations’. Sharon Varney will help you to explore what it means, why it’s important and where you fit in. We will hear from Kashif Shabir, Head of Knowledge Management & Learning at Oxfam, about an ambitious transformation project seeking to develop a more knowledge driven and collaborative organisational network across 90 countries. (Now that IS a challenge!) Maria Moreno from Valencia University will be talking about getting out of knowledge traps and avoiding imbalance. Richard Hale will explore the impact of business driven action learning, sharing the Action Learning Question methodology to support business change.   It will include a taste of action learning. Sue Ells will help us consider how knowledge and learning professionals can deliver successful change - and carry people with them on that journey. We will end the day with our NEW regular feature – Adding to your toolkit – led by Chris Collison.  Click here for full Speakers' profiles.
