How to Create and Capture Value

How to Create and Capture Value

With Dr Stephane Girod

Are you wrestling to decide how your organisation should create and capture value in a rapidly changing environment? At this event (which will constantly link strategy creation with strategy execution), you will discuss the five inter-dependent pillars which any leader should master to help their organisation derive value.

In times of faster erosion of firms’ competitive advantage, functional and operational executives are looking to review where value comes from and what to do to slow down or avoid its erosion.

From a strategy creation perspective, value derives from our unique way of satisfying customers/users in a way that competitors cannot easily replicate. From a strategy execution perspective, value is also about how we can mobilise and renew our resource-base to create greater profits and satisfy other stakeholders.

This workshop will enhance delegates’ capabilities for creating and capturing value in faster changing times, using original Henley thinking, research and frameworks. It will be highly interactive and combine discussions related to B2B and B2C companies with ample opportunities for participants to exchange their experiences on the different facets and five pillars of value.
