Is your Organisation Fully Charged? How Leadership Can Energise Organisations to Deliver Performance

A partnership of faculty and a hugely successful business leader will develop your understanding of how to generate high energy and performance in your team.

Why is it that some companies buzz with energy and create on-going creativity, innovation and performance, while other organisations suffer from stagnation, complacency or destructive internal fights and low performance? The answer lies in the energy of your organisation and how leadership develops the collective human potential of a business, a division or team – or not! Simply put, you can identify organisational energy by the extent to which a company has mobilised its emotional, mental and behavioural forces in pursuit of its essential goals.

We look at different states of energy, how energy works, the energy profile of your organisation, leadership tools and the individual challenges and activities that help you to mobilise and maintain energy in your organisation and teams.

We will also welcome Paul Lindley, CEO of Ella’s Kitchen, the successful Henley-based organic baby and toddler food company, who will tell us how leadership at Ella’s Kitchen creates and maintains collective energy and engagement – or just ‘Ellasness’

Join us if you need to generate high energy and performance in your organisation or team, or if you need leadership strategies to complement your strategic initiatives and changes.
