You will have the opportunity to apply some of these new ideas to your own context and to ‘build your own’ model based on the traits that you see as most relevant for your business.

Tammy Day is Managing Director of DPA and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Over the course of 20 years, she’s worked with leaders of some of the world’s biggest brands.
Tammy is a highly experienced leadership development designer and facilitator, as well as psychometric practitioner and executive coach.
Jo Mears is a Leadership Consultant at DPA.
She is an experienced facilitator and an accredited coach with 12 years’ experience in business management, leadership and learning and development, gained through working with diverse businesses across multiple sectors.
Jo particularly enjoys working with teams to help them identify and understand how they can work more effectively together to unlock their potential for high performance, with a focus on harnessing the strengths and evolving the skills of both individuals and the collective to help them to adapt to the ever changing world of modern leadership.
