Online Masterclass - Leaders of the Future

#Covid-19 update: This event will now be a live online masterclass, with details provided below. Delegate numbers will be similar to a face-to-face event, enabling participants to have interaction with the speaker and work with other delegates (for example via group work and online polls).

A fully completed and authorised nomination form is required for this event. Those who have previously registered need take no action (other than completing any pre-work). All participants will be sent joining instructions explaining how to access the event online.

New market paradigms require new types of leaders to help organisations thrive in uncharted territory. During this workshop, Tammy and Jo from DPA offer a glimpse into the future.

In a revised online masterclass format, they share research around six new leadership models that are thriving in some of the world’s leading organisations. You will have the opportunity to apply some of these new ideas to your own context and to ‘build your own’ model based on the traits that you see as most relevant for your business.
