Presented by the Leadership of Organisational Change Special Interest Group, Henley Centre for Leadership & Thames Valley CIPD

Our Leadership of Organisational Change Special Interest Group, in partnership with the Henley Centre for Leadership and Thames Valley CIPD present a very special half-day event on Wednesday 29 November 2017. Designed for HR leaders, senior HR specialists, consultants and general managers, it will provide new insights into the planning, implementation and follow-through of effective and lasting change.

We are delighted to welcome four speakers who will provide two keynote presentations that set the scene for participants to work with colleagues in exploring new insights which they can take back and apply in the workplace.

Each presentation will start with significant change journeys that our speakers have managed, including successes and challenges. They will then go on to explore how new thinking around context and emergent change might have been applied to improve the outcomes.
