Every hundred fifty to two hundred years, forces of progress collide and a new world emerges. The Ancient Greeks named these epochs: Kairos — times of dramatic peril and transformative change where leaders who are tuned to change seize opportunity to shape the future. The 2020s will be a period of Kairos, coronavirus is just one of the numerous disruptive forces shaping this decade. During this online masterclass we will share what it will take to thrive during this decade of disruption. This masterclass frames some of our latest research and thinking against the backdrop of the global Coronavirus crisis and covers 3 areas required to seize opportunity:
1. The next normal, thriving After Coronavirus (AC) — we will explore life AC and the other exponential and disruptive forces transforming the 2020s
2. Five steps for leading through disruption — you will discover what it takes to prosper during periods of disruption
3. How to be an explorer leader — There are no roadmaps during periods of Kairos, you have to develop the explorer leader gene. This section shares the leadership tools for navigating uncertainty and inspiring commitment.
This online masterclass helps participants to embrace new competences required as they navigate and lead through disruptive and exponential change. This online session is designed to allow for significant group interactions between participants and the facilitator. Participants will be taken to the future and back as they explore the mega trends, black elephants and most recent thinking in strategy and leadership for succeeding in the 2020s.
The primary theme is STRATEGY and the secondary theme is LEADERSHIP.
It is relevant to the development of Influence, Megatrends, Future, Visioning, Mindset, Moonshots, Change, VUCA, Disruption.
