Join us on Thursday 12 November 2020 for our coaching masterclass on Manager as a Coach.

Description

The only justification for being a manager is to manage performance. But how do you do it without looking either like a shouty bully or a gullible softie? How far can coaching be the solution? For certain it’s not just about listening nicely; it will also mean knowing how to challenge, but in a way that is consistent with coaching principles.

This highly interactive masterclass will link coaching with the critical importance of staff engagement, show you a useful framework for any coaching discussion and allow you to assess your skills as a manager–coach.

Who should attend?

You might be a senior leader committed to improving bottom line results in your organisation, an HR professional or a trained coach interested in how your corporate clients could make more use of a coaching approach – and especially in the whole question of how to create a coaching culture.

Jenny Rogers

Jenny Rodgers

Jenny is fascinated by human psychology – especially in matters of change, including why we resist the very changes we say we want to make. Recent books include the 4th edition of Coaching Skills: The Definitive Guide to Being a Coach, Coaching for Careers and Manager as Coach.
