The Marketing Special Interest Group is delighted invite alumni and students for a fascinating panel discussion at Portcullis House in the House of Parliament complex, featuring the Rt Hon Stephen Dorrell MP (Former Secretary of State for Health), Allan Chester (Orange Business Services) and Mark Pope (Balcroft).

   

The Henley Marketing Special Interest Group is delighted to invite alumni, current students and programme members to join them in the Houses of Parliament complex for an interactive panel discussion: 'A Million Love Songs' - Delivering Customer Satisfaction in a Mass Customer Space.

Taking place at Portcullis House, the evening will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from industry leaders about work undertaken in both private and public sector organisations to improve Customer Experience. The speakers will discuss the challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction and their organisation’s efforts to deliver an improved Customer Experience.
