Dr Yi-Ling Lai will briefly introduce the BPS coaching journal, International Coaching Psychology Review (ICPR) and take Q&A from you about your future submission plans.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow members of The Henley Centre for Coaching and build your network.
Dr Yi-Ling Lai (PhD, CPsychol)
Yi-Ling Lai is currently a lecturer and programme director of MSc Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. Her main research areas include common factors for an effective coaching alliance and the psychological effects of workplace coaching outcomes . In addition, Yi-Ling’s recent research project focuses on the application of psychological-focused interventions to workplace wellbeing and resilience. Yi-Ling has published several journal papers and book chapters on the psychological theories in the coaching process. Moreover, Yi-Ling has been engaged with the BPS Special Group of Coaching Psychology (SGCP) committee since 2017 and is currently the editor of International Coaching Psychology Review.
