Leading in an Ambiguous World NEW

Description

Life after Brexit is unprecedented, and you’re no doubt experiencing volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. But don’t despair - so too are your competitors, and if you turn this obvious pain into gain, you’ll create a sizeable advantage over them. This session explains how to do that by:

  • becoming more curious and out of your comfort zone
  • developing deeper understanding to overcome uncertainty
  • seeking clarity, and making sense of chaos
  • talking to others, and collaborating to seek different perspectives

In a world of growing social media, we are able to do this more widely and more quickly than ever before. And the time to start is now. Designed and delivered by leadership and Brexit commentator Professor Ben Laker, you’ll learn how to prosper and capitalise on the situation at hand through an immersive, content rich experience.

Who Should Attend?

Directors and senior managers who want to take their leadership to the next level by developing a deeper understanding of how to overcome uncertainty.
