Who should attend?
If your job requires you to lead and engage teams, then this workshop will help you to think about new ways to do this, suited to the new organisational contexts we all find ourselves in. It’s particularly suited to individuals in an organisation going through change or needing to tackle new types of business challenge, perhaps requiring a different approach to leadership than in the past.
