Interruption is a killer – of thought, of green shoots, of motivation, of dignity. But it is sanctioned, rewarded and modelled by every leader we know.
In this online masterclass we will explore the proposition that a leader’s first job is to establish a ‘thinking environment’ culture, encouraging everyone in the finest independent thinking. We will see that the key to this culture is the promise and practice of no interruption.
We will practise in thinking pairs and groups, free of interruption from each other and from digital distraction, experiencing inspiring levels of respect and thought.
By the end of the event you will have:
• experienced the promise of no interruption and its impact on thinking
• explored four of the ten components of a thinking environment
• thought in pairs about your own topic and with others about a group topic
Who should attend?
Senior leaders who understand that the quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first.
