Narendra Laljani - Programme Director and Executive Fellow

There is more to strategy than planning and analysis, and more to leadership effectiveness than self-awareness and vision. Narendra will share research and insights into developing strategic leaders, how to build confidence and capability and the practical implications for individuals and organisations. He will discuss experiencing the uncomfortable, supportive relationships and critical reflection in the process.
