It’s often said that making strategy is easy, but implementing it is the real challenge.
This webinar offers a deep dive into the world of execution and making things happen. We will explore the ‘hardware’ as well as the ‘software’ of organisations, and the unique inertial challenges that leaders must confront in order to drive performance. War stories from the field, underpinned by a tried and tested framework, will give you a structured approach for assessing your organisation’s current reality and desired state, helping you to identify key actions.
