Alumni are invited to join the Leadership of Organisational Change Special Interest Group for a pre-Christmas meeting to consider The Benefits of External Coaching in Leading Change.

John Scott, a member of our Working Group will co-ordinate the evening and we are delighted to say that our special guest will be Sue Blight, Head of Learning and Development at Dairy Crest. Sue will have a forum discussion with Christine Champion of Acumen Coaching Ltd, about the role of one-to-one external coaching for leaders involved in the Dairy Crest restructure and transformation programme.

Join us for this special evening, where there will be opportunities for you to explore this question and share your own experiences, with a specific focus on how coaching programmes of this kind can be assessed against Return on Expectations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The evening will continue after the discussion with time for networking and a pre-Christmas drink.
