It’s amazing to see how little people know about the value created by their own organisation, and the strategies and aspirations of their clients – and how just a bit of structure allows for unique discoveries. Join this session to learn how to join-up business development and create greater value for all.

The day is designed around enabling organisations to recognise the value they create but also the barriers to success inherent in many business. It is about how an entire organisation can become part of business development - from the frontline person on the phone to the back room support staff processing invoices to the Senior Management Team developing strategy.

The day will explore how knowing the strategies of customers and other stakeholders can help the business develop compelling competitive positions and better prepare for engaging with customers and clients. In preparing the organisation to sell value everyone needs to understanding their customers' "hierarchy of needs” and their business motives and therefore the greater opportunities of their customers/client, finding insight to drive the business development process.

Everyone should come away with a “sticky” consultancy toolbox enabling them to look at the wider picture, getting closer to the customer and identifying greater opportunities while understanding that a bit of structure and a little effort enables them to make unique discoveries.
