Leading Performance Excellence in Teams with Charlie Unwin

Would you like to explore what “performance” really means? And, in a world of getting “more from less”, apply those concepts and ideas with your team? Using a segway of psychology, sport and business, Charlie will lock down your understanding of how to develop your team’s performance.

Performance excellence in any team is both a science and an art. With an ever growing demand to achieve more from less, it is essential for leaders to adopt a deliberate approach to the performance of their team and its individual members.

This event therefore focuses on how leaders can help their teams thrive in challenging environments by addressing both the rational and the emotional needs of the team in a more coherent and joined-up way.

Informed by a growing understanding of neuroscience and the principles by which people learn and adapt in order to achieve their potential, this event will establish a strong theoretical and practical platform for leaders to have more impact with their team. Members will also have the opportunity to explore how these principles are being applied successfully in the world of elite sport, military and business.
