The Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship in collaboration with Santander and the Thames Valley Berkshire Business Growth Hub has created a series of talks that puts the spotlight on leadership and engaging SMEs. 

Titled ‘Talks on Enterprise Development’ the series provides a forum for inspirational talks by SME leaders who share their stories of high growth SME businesses.

This talk is the third in the series and is given by David Grundy, CEO of Invenias, the world’s fastest growing provider of software solutions to the executive search and strategic recruitment sector

David Grundy co-founded Invenias in 2005. Since then the company has expanded rapidly.With offices and hosting centers across EMEA, the US and Asia, Invenias supports thousands of users across thirty countries. Invenias’ customers include executive search and executive and strategic recruitment firms, in-house executive recruitment teams, and executive talent organizations within Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.
