Mark Hayes, Director of Apprenticeship Business Sales at Henley Business School, will provide an update on the development to the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship and what that means for the Senior Management Apprenticeship programmes run at Henley. As well as providing a comprehensive update to the standard, Mark will outline the pathway study options being planned for your organisation’s apprentices.

Changes to the current Senior Leader Masters Degree Apprenticeship are being made in response to a letter from the Secretary of State for Education, Gavin Williamson, the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) launched a review of the existing Level 7 – Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship (SLMDA) standard. The review of this standard was to ensure it is meeting its intended aims and whether the use of levy to support an MBA is ‘in the spirit’ of apprenticeship reform, and provides ‘value for money’.
